Frances Shelley

Inspired originally by the likes of Bob Dylan and Tracy Chapman,  she has this to say about  her songs:

Songwriting is  a compulsion I have lived with all my life.  . . some people have gardening or fishing . . . I used to think I would grow out of it but that appears not to be the case! ‘

Frances is currently working on a new collection of  songs due for release  before Christmas 2010 to be entitled ‘Songs of Love and Redemption’  Venues at which she appeared in the last year include The Oxjam Festival in Brixton, Shunt London Wall, and Wolsey Theatre Ipswich.
